Copper Bus Bar: Copper bus bars are used to distribute the powers to several networks from a main supply via “Busbar Distribution Box”.
Copper Bus Bar teeth : These are used to connect the MCBs, RCCB in a Distribution box.
Copper Lugs : Copper lugs are used to terminate the wire ends to couple them with the electrical appliances. Eg, copper lugs, U lugs, O lugs, Horn lugs, etc.
Bi-Metal Lugs : This is a special category lug, where this is made of copper and aluminum combination. Copper part connects with electrical appliances or copper bus bars, the other part (Al) connects with Aluminum cables (Bundle cable).
Ferrules : Our usual method of connecting two wires is twisting them together, which might lead to electrical leakage and fife accidents. But ferrules are used to connect the two wire in a safe manner.
Heat Sleeve : This is a PVC product which shrinks when heated. This is used to cover the open connection like ferrules, wire joints, copper conduct visible in power cables, etc.
Lug Boots : These are in several colors like, blue, black, brown, ash, green, yellow, red, etc. These are used to cap the copper lugs to avoid electrical hazards.
Selector switches can be rotated right, left, or in the center in order to open or close the electrical contacts. The function of a selector switch is to control devices as well as switch between a minimum of two or more circuits.
The perfect use for a selector switch is when used for controlling an output of a device.
Panel Meters : Volt / Ampere meters are fixed on the face of the Panel box to monitor the values to maintain it. There are analog as well as digital panel meters.
Push Buttons : Available in two prominent colors 1) Red, and 2) Green. Commonly used to Start and End of a power supplied motors.
Indicator Bulbs : These are available in 1) Green, 2)Blue, 3) Yellow, 4) Red colors, for the different types of applications. Now, Indicator bulbs comes with Volt meter as well as Ampere meters, to digitally indicate the value of Volt/Ampere in a live circuit.
Emergency Switch : Also known as mushroom switch. These are used to stop the function of a power circuit immediately.
Scotch Tape :This tape is pressure sensitive tape for strong adhesive. The applied pressure forces the glue to penetrate the tiniest microscopic irregularities on the material’s surface. Once there, it will resist coming back out, thus keeping the tape stuck in place.
PVC Adhesive Tapes :PVC tape is a flexible polyvinyl chloride film coated with a specially formulated adhesive that provides excellent adhesion. It is typically used to create air-tight seals on PVC fitting covers, opening of copper wire & joints or seal overlapping joints of PVC jacketing.
Cable ties are used to lock several wires together and Tie mount is mounted on a surface to hold the cable tie which goes through in it.
HRC fuse : High Rupturing Capacity is one kind of a fuse, where the fuse wire carries a short circuit current in a set period. If the fault occurs in the circuit then it blows off. The HRC fuse is made with glass otherwise some other kind of chemical compound.
SSR : A Solid State Relay is an electronic switching device that switches on or off when an external voltage (AC or DC) is applied across its control terminals. They serve the same function as an electromechanical relay, but solid-state electronics contain no moving parts and have a longer operational lifetime.

PFR : Phase Failure Relay, the basic function of a phase failure relay is to receive input signals and determine them and stop the function of the power panel until fixed.
ELR : An Earth Leakage Relay is a device used to sense earth leakages and open a circuit breaker when the leakage current exceeds the preset value. But Power panel will maintain its function.
Bell : This is manually operated using a switch to notify the time period, special notices, for a small group of workers.
Siren :This goes live with the support of a bell/ an alarm for an emergency situation..
Cooling Fan : The cooling fan circulates air through the radiator so it can release engine/panel boxes heat into the surrounding air.
Din Rail : is a railing to fix MCB, RCCB, PFR, ELR, Fuse breakers, Contactors, Overloads, etc.
Neutral link is to connect all neutral wire in a copper link, Earth link is to connect earth wires and Connector bars are to connect live wires
